Westminster Preschool Project
Westminster is committed to expanding access and choice of high quality preschools to its families. These group experiences provide valuable opportunities for children to practice and develop skills proven to contribute to later success in school.
All Westminster residents are eligible to enroll their preschool children, free of charge, at the WNESU Early Education Center in Bellows Falls or Athens. Please visit their link for more information.

Early Childhood Outreach Coordinator

Westminster School wants to help children arrive at school ready to learn. We know that means making a meaningful connection to families before they come through our front doors.

Westminster has an Early Childhood Outreach Coordinator to support families in accessing services that encourage healthy development. The coordinator’s role is to act as a bridge between families and early childhood professionals with our school. Services available to Westminster families through this program include:

  • Home visits to families with young children 0-5 to provide support, developmental screening and parent education.
  • Educating parents on the benefits of a quality preschool experience and assisting with the enrollment process.
  • Referrals to regional agencies to address developmental concerns.
  • Playgroups and kindergarten transition activities.
For more information call Anne Briccetti at 802-579-3061 or The Westminster Center School 722-3241.
